This is probably the closest thing to an authentic Italian experience that you can get in the burgh ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น . The cappuccino here is absolutely on point, easily the best in the city ๐Ÿ’ช. The atomic roll and subs are very solid too ๐Ÿ™. Overall easy 5 star recommendation ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The owner, the son, was so kind and helped me find noodles that I could eat because I am gluten-free. We had gotten a different kind of noodle from them last year in order to couple cases of them since I live out of the area. They didn't have the same ones but I ended up buying an additional case of these noodles below and they are fantastic. I will definitely be ordering from them again next time I'm out there. The prices are wonderful and they have deli food, meat and cheeses as well as some frozen/refrigerated items. What a great small business this is!

Wow! The atomic is one of the best sandwiches I ever had. Piping hot excellent quality fillings and the jalapeรฑo barely detectable. Crust golden. Imagine the best deep crust pizza you ever had. This is better. They start serving when they open 9am. They accommodated my request to cut in half. Easily feeds 2 if not 3. Puts the more well known sandwiches with coleslaw and fries to shame.

While walking around Pittsburgh celebrating my wifeโ€™s 50th birthday, we were on the hunt for a solid early lunch something satisfying but not too heavy before dinner. Being Italian, she had one thing on her mind: a legit, meat packed sandwich. Thatโ€™s when we stumbled across Jimmy & Nino Sunseri Coโ€ฆ and let me tell you! SHA-ZAM. This wasnโ€™t just a sandwich, it was an experience. Weโ€™re talking layers of mortadella, capicolla, salami, and pepperoni, stacked like they meant business. Then comes the fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and that perfect provonello cheese to tie it all together. But wait it gets better. They finish it off with a homemade balsamic dressing that absolutely sends it over the top. DAMN. Put this Italian hoagie up against any sandwich out there, but you better come correct, because this one delivers a punch only a true Italian deli can throw. 5 out of 5 stars. No question.

Located in the heart of Pittsburgh's historic Strip District, Jimmy & Nino Sunseri Company is a landmark Italian specialty grocer and eatery. They are famous here for their pepperoni rolls including the "Monster" pepperoni roll. I will say the pepperoni rolls are delicious and for $5 you can get a taste of one. They also have pepperoni rolls for sale to go. You can get deli meats and cheese and a lot of other items as well.
